Contact us before returning anything
Submit a request through the Contact page before sending an item back. Include the order number, affected item, reason for the request, and supporting photographs where relevant. A parcel sent without return instructions may be delayed or refused.
Eligibility review
Return or replacement eligibility depends on the reason for the request, product condition, packaging integrity, traceability, and applicable law. Because research materials require controlled handling and documented integrity, an opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or unverified item may not be eligible for return.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders
Report an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete delivery promptly after receipt. Keep the product and all packaging while the request is reviewed. If the request is approved, we will communicate the available resolution, which may include replacement, return instructions, or refund.
Cancellations and unshipped orders
A cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. Where an order is cancelled before shipment or must be cancelled because it cannot be fulfilled, any refund due will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit after it is issued. Any return-shipping responsibility, original shipping adjustment, or restocking restriction will be communicated during the review and applied only where permitted by law.
