Every order runs a route.Read the record.
An order is logged, packed, and handed over. Each of those is a station, and each is marked only once the order record confirms it.
Give the two details below and the record answers with what it holds. Nothing between stations is estimated.
What the lookup needs
- Order number
- The digits printed on your order confirmation. A leading hash is fine; letters are not part of an order number.
- Billing email
- The address used at checkout, not a forwarding address. It is matched against the same order, never on its own.

Order lookup
Both details are verified against the same order before any status is returned. Neither is stored by this page.
No record loaded.
Awaiting a lookupEnter the order number and the billing email used at checkout. Both must match the same order before a single station is marked.
The traverse
Logged
Not confirmed
The order is on file against its number and billing email.
Prepared
Not confirmed
The order is packed against that record, papers included.
Dispatched
Not confirmed
The order has left the station and is with the carrier.
A station is marked, or it is not.
There is no third reading. An unmarked station means the order record holds no confirmation for it — not that the parcel sits somewhere between two points on a map.
01Logged
The order is on file against its number and billing email.
02Prepared
The order is packed against that record, papers included.
03Dispatched
The order has left the station and is with the carrier.
Beyond dispatch
The record ends where the carrier begins. Delivery is confirmed by the carrier, so no fourth station exists here to be marked.
Held, halted and unrecognised statuses are printed in the order system's own wording rather than folded into a station.
A record that disagrees is worth a message.
If the record and the parcel do not agree, write to basecamp with the order number and the billing email. Correspondence is answered in the order it arrives.
