These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Frontier Aminos (“Frontier Aminos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of frontieraminos.com.
These Terms govern your access to frontieraminos.com and any related website, account, product, content, communication, promotion, loyalty program, partner program, or service operated by Frontier Aminos (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, submitting an order, or clicking a box indicating your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Replacement Policy, and any additional policy incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not access the Services or purchase our products.
2. Research Use Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by Frontier Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro research purposes only.
Products are not intended for:
- Human or veterinary consumption
- Injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical administration, or any other application to humans or animals
- Diagnostic or therapeutic use
- Compounding or preparation of drugs
- Use as foods, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or household chemicals
- Diagnosing, treating, curing, mitigating, or preventing any disease, condition, or symptom
No product statement or information provided by Frontier Aminos has been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Product descriptions, scientific studies, research summaries, customer-support communications, reviews, social-media content, and other materials do not constitute medical advice, prescribing information, dosing guidance, or authorization for human or veterinary use.
3. Customer Representations
By purchasing a product, you expressly represent and warrant that:
- The product is being acquired for a lawful research purpose
- You will not administer, or facilitate the administration of, the product to a human or animal
- You will comply with all applicable laws concerning purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, research, and disposal
- You will not relabel, market, resell, or represent the product as intended or approved for human or veterinary use
- You will not rely upon Frontier Aminos for medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or treatment advice
- You accept responsibility for your research methods and post-delivery handling
- You understand the characteristics and potential hazards of the materials you purchase
Any purchase made through false statements, concealment of intended use, identity manipulation, or other misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. No Medical or Professional Advice
Frontier Aminos does not practice medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or any other licensed healthcare profession.
Nothing provided through the Services creates a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client, professional-client, or other fiduciary relationship.
Questions concerning personal health, diagnosis, medication, dosing, treatment, or administration must be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.
5. Account Registration and Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain only accounts you are authorized to use
- Keep your password and access credentials confidential
- Promptly update outdated information
- Notify Frontier Aminos of suspected unauthorized activity
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, unless caused by Frontier Aminos’s own security failure
You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow unauthorized use of your account.
Frontier Aminos may suspend access while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, eligibility concerns, or violations of these Terms.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not obligate Frontier Aminos to accept or fulfill the order.
An order is accepted only when Frontier Aminos confirms acceptance or ships the applicable products. An automated confirmation merely acknowledges receipt of the order.
Frontier Aminos may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order based on:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Eligibility or research-use concerns
- Duplicate or unusually large orders
- Suspected resale activity
- Prior chargebacks or policy abuse
- Legal, regulatory, processor, or risk-management requirements
If a paid order is canceled before shipment, Frontier Aminos will return the applicable amount to the original payment method unless prohibited by law, a financial institution, an active payment dispute, or suspected fraud.
7. Pricing, Promotions, and Errors
Prices, product availability, promotions, discounts, and specifications may change without notice.
Frontier Aminos may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, discount, or product-description errors. If a material error affects an order, Frontier Aminos may cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.
Discount codes:
- Must be used according to their stated conditions
- Have no cash value
- May be limited by customer, account, household, address, payment method, product, or timeframe
- May be combined only where checkout expressly permits it; where codes cannot be combined, the code accepted at checkout controls
- May be canceled when obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, duplication, or technical error
Frontier Aminos is not required to honor an obviously incorrect price, an unintended discount, or improperly generated store credit.
9. Fraudulent Transactions and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact Frontier Aminos at support@frontieraminos.com promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section eliminates any non-waivable right to dispute a transaction with your card issuer. However, initiating a chargeback using knowingly false information, falsely claiming that a delivered order was unauthorized or not received, or retaining products after obtaining an improper reversal may constitute fraud and a material breach of these Terms.
Frontier Aminos may respond to a payment dispute with relevant records, including:
- Acceptance of these Terms, with timestamp
- Account and order information
- IP address and device information
- Payment-verification results
- Communications
- Tracking and delivery confirmation
- Photographic or carrier evidence
- Prior transaction and dispute history
Frontier Aminos may suspend accounts and refuse future transactions associated with unresolved chargebacks, excessive disputes, fraudulent activity, or material policy abuse.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, delivery, shipment protection, and delivery-claim procedures are governed by the Frontier Aminos Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You acknowledge that Frontier Aminos products ship as lyophilized powder at ambient temperature and are not cold-chain shipped, and that shipment protection is optional and must be affirmatively selected at checkout. Where the Shipping Policy conflicts with these Terms regarding shipping, delivery, or transit loss, the Shipping Policy controls.
11. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because of the nature, integrity, and chain-of-custody requirements of research products, all sales are final except as expressly provided in the Frontier Aminos Return and Replacement Policy or required by law.
Frontier Aminos does not generally accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Dissatisfaction with a research outcome
- Incompatibility with a customer’s protocol
- Improper storage or handling
- Unauthorized or unintended use
- Opened, punctured, transferred, mixed, or reconstituted products
- Issues caused by third-party diluents, equipment, solvents, or materials
- Subjective claims regarding a product’s perceived “effects”
A replacement or credit may be considered for a verified fulfillment error, transit damage, missing item, or material defect in an unopened product, subject to the Shipping Policy where transit is involved.
Frontier Aminos may require photographs, video, batch information, storage details, carrier records, return of the product, or other reasonable evidence before reaching a decision. Receiving or reviewing a claim does not constitute an admission of fault.
12. Product Inspection and Chain of Custody
Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery.
Once a product leaves Frontier Aminos’s custody, numerous factors outside our control may affect it, including transit conditions, storage temperature, light or moisture exposure, contamination, handling technique, equipment condition, transfer between containers, diluent quality, reconstitution method, and time elapsed after opening or preparation.
Frontier Aminos cannot verify chain of custody or guarantee product integrity after a product has been opened, punctured, transferred, mixed, contaminated, altered, or reconstituted.
13. Reconstitution and Third-Party Diluents
The composition, sterility, authenticity, quality, storage, and performance of bacteriostatic water and other diluents vary by manufacturer and supplier.
Frontier Aminos cannot verify or guarantee third-party diluents. Improperly manufactured, counterfeit, contaminated, expired, improperly transported, or incorrectly stored diluents may affect the appearance, concentration, stability, integrity, or performance of a reconstituted research material.
For consistency where bacteriostatic water is appropriate for a lawful laboratory protocol, Frontier Aminos recommends authentic, unexpired Hospira Bacteriostatic Water obtained from a reputable and authorized source.
Frontier Aminos does not guarantee the condition or research performance of any product reconstituted with:
- Non-Hospira bacteriostatic water
- An unverified or counterfeit diluent
- An expired or improperly stored diluent
- A solvent or diluent not appropriate for the applicable research protocol
- Materials supplied, handled, or stored by a third party
This provision concerns controlled laboratory research only and is not an instruction or authorization for human or veterinary administration.
14. Testing and Certificates of Analysis
Frontier Aminos may provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis and other third-party testing documentation.
A Certificate of Analysis:
- Reflects the tested sample and methods at the time of analysis
- Does not guarantee a particular research outcome
- Does not establish suitability for a customer’s particular application
- Does not account for events occurring after testing or delivery
- Does not authorize human or veterinary use
Differences between laboratories, instruments, methods, sample preparation, reference standards, calculations, and acceptance criteria may produce different results.
If a customer disputes a batch based on third-party testing, Frontier Aminos may require:
- Testing by an appropriately accredited independent laboratory
- The complete, unedited laboratory report
- Methodology and raw data
- Proof of chain of custody
- Identification of the tested batch
- A sealed or appropriately preserved sample
- Reasonable verification directly with the laboratory
Frontier Aminos is not required to accept anonymous, altered, unverifiable, improperly sampled, or methodologically incompatible testing.
15. Storage and Handling
The customer is responsible for following the storage information displayed on the applicable product page, label, packaging, or supporting documentation.
Frontier Aminos is not responsible for degradation, contamination, loss, or research variability caused after delivery by improper storage, repeated temperature cycling, light exposure, moisture, mishandling, cross-contamination, equipment failure, or other conditions outside our custody.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services or products unlawfully
- Purchase products for prohibited human or veterinary use
- Request or promote dosing or administration instructions through Frontier Aminos channels
- Represent Frontier Aminos products as drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or treatments
- Make false therapeutic, weight-loss, performance, hormonal, anti-aging, or disease claims about Frontier Aminos products
- Resell, relabel, repackage, or redistribute products without written authorization
- Remove, alter, or falsify labels, lot numbers, warnings, or testing records
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or intended use
- Scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website
- Circumvent access restrictions or security controls
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Abuse promotions, credits, referrals, replacements, or refund procedures
- Submit false delivery, damage, product-quality, or payment claims
- Violate the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of another party
Violations may result in order cancellation, account restriction, termination, refusal of service, preservation of evidence, or referral to the appropriate provider or authority where legally warranted.
17. Resale and Redistribution
Products may not be resold, redistributed, relabeled, repackaged, white-labeled, or incorporated into another commercial product without Frontier Aminos’s prior written authorization.
Unauthorized resellers receive no license to use Frontier Aminos trademarks, product photographs, Certificates of Analysis, marketing materials, or other brand assets.
Frontier Aminos does not guarantee the authenticity, storage conditions, chain of custody, quality, or performance of products obtained from an unauthorized reseller.
18. Reviews, Submissions, and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that:
- You own or control the necessary rights
- The content is truthful and not misleading
- It does not violate law or another party’s rights
- It does not contain prohibited medical, therapeutic, or human-use claims
- It does not reveal confidential or sensitive information without authorization
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Frontier Aminos a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use it in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy and endorsement laws.
Frontier Aminos may remove or decline to publish User Content but is not obligated to monitor all submissions. Frontier Aminos will remove User Content that makes prohibited human-use or therapeutic claims.
19. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content — including trademarks, names, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, compilations, databases, software, and page layouts — are owned by or licensed to Frontier Aminos and protected by applicable law.
Except for ordinary personal use of the website, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, scraped, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
“Frontier Aminos,” associated logos, product presentation, and related brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization without written permission.
20. Partner Program
Participation in the Frontier Aminos Partner Program is governed by the separate Frontier Aminos Partner Program Terms.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
- Approved partners receive a 10% commission on eligible attributed purchases
- Customers receive 10% off eligible purchases using an approved partner code
- Refunded, charged-back, canceled, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn commission
- Partner content must comply with applicable law, FTC disclosure requirements, research-use limitations, and Frontier Aminos policies
If these Terms conflict with the Partner Program Terms regarding partner participation, the Partner Program Terms control.
21. Communications and Electronic Consent
You consent to receive transactional communications concerning orders, deliveries, security, account activity, policy notices, and customer-support matters.
Marketing email and SMS communications require any consent mandated by applicable law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Transactional or legally required messages may continue.
Electronic acceptance, checkboxes, account records, and electronic communications have the same effect as written records and signatures to the extent permitted by law.
22. Privacy
Frontier Aminos’s collection and use of personal information are governed by the Frontier Aminos Privacy Policy.
Frontier Aminos may share necessary information with service providers involved in payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer support, legal compliance, and business operations.
Nothing in these Terms waives privacy rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
23. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, laboratories, carriers, payment providers, social-media platforms, or other services.
Frontier Aminos does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, claims, privacy practices, products, or conduct.
Use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms between you and that provider.
24. Assumption of Risk
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, STORAGE, HANDLING, TRANSFER, RECONSTITUTION, RESEARCH USE, AND DISPOSAL OF RESEARCH MATERIALS INVOLVE RISKS.
YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR CONDUCT, YOUR RESEARCH METHODS, UNAUTHORIZED USE, THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, POST-DELIVERY CONDITIONS, CONTAMINATION, DEGRADATION, MISIDENTIFICATION, IMPROPER STORAGE, OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW APPROPRIATE LABORATORY PRACTICES.
YOU DO NOT ASSUME LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS FRONTIER AMINOS FROM DISCLAIMING.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, WEBSITE CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
FRONTIER AMINOS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXCEPT ANY EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FRONTIER AMINOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- WEBSITE INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT
- A PRODUCT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR RESEARCH APPLICATION
- A PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT
- POST-DELIVERY PRODUCT CONDITION WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
- THIRD-PARTY TESTING WILL PRODUCE IDENTICAL RESULTS
- A THIRD-PARTY DILUENT, LABORATORY, CARRIER, OR SERVICE WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIER AMINOS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, RESEARCH MATERIALS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIER AMINOS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO FRONTIER AMINOS FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply regardless of the asserted theory of liability and even if a party was advised that damages were possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Aminos and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and successors from third-party claims, regulatory proceedings, damages, losses, penalties, judgments, settlements, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of a product
- Administration or application of a product to a human or animal
- Your storage, handling, transfer, alteration, relabeling, resale, reconstitution, or disposal
- Your statements, advertisements, claims, advice, or representations concerning a product
- Your infringement of another party’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Your fraud, willful misconduct, or material violation of these Terms
- A regulatory action materially caused by your conduct
Frontier Aminos will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim when legally and practically possible. Frontier Aminos may control the defense of a covered matter, and you may not settle a claim imposing obligations on Frontier Aminos without written consent.
This section does not require indemnification for losses caused primarily by Frontier Aminos’s fraud or willful misconduct, or for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.
28. Suspension and Termination
Frontier Aminos may suspend or terminate access, cancel pending orders, refuse future service, or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms
- Investigate fraud or misuse
- Protect customers, Frontier Aminos, or third parties
- Comply with law or provider requirements
- Address repeated chargebacks, threats, harassment, or abuse
- Prevent unauthorized resale or prohibited use
- Protect the integrity or security of the Services
Where practical, Frontier Aminos may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve a correctable issue. Immediate action may be taken for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, safety concerns, security threats, or material violations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law — remain effective.
29. Dispute Notice and Informal Resolution
Before commencing arbitration or litigation, the complaining party must send a written Notice of Dispute describing:
- The party’s name and contact information
- The relevant account or order
- The factual basis of the dispute
- The specific relief requested
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.
Notices to Frontier Aminos must be sent to:
support@frontieraminos.com
This informal process does not apply where emergency injunctive relief is reasonably necessary.
30. Binding Individual Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT.
Except for qualifying individual small-claims matters and requests for emergency injunctive relief, any dispute arising from these Terms, the Services, or a purchase will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the rules applicable to the dispute.
The arbitration will be conducted before one arbitrator in California, USA or remotely by video, subject to applicable law.
The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies available in court but may not consolidate unrelated claims or conduct a class or representative proceeding.
Nothing prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
Arbitration Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@frontieraminos.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, account email, mailing address, and a clear statement that you elect to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect the remaining Terms.
31. Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR MEMBER OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
WHERE A DISPUTE IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES TRIAL BY JURY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction and not in class arbitration.
32. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in California, USA, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
33. Changes to These Terms
Frontier Aminos may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, Services, policies, or business operations.
Updated Terms become effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date unless a later effective date is stated.
Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable method when required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases or eliminate vested rights where prohibited by law.
34. Force Majeure
Frontier Aminos is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, transportation interruption, supply shortage, carrier failure, internet outage, cyberattack, payment-processor interruption, governmental action, or changes in law.
35. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without Frontier Aminos’s written consent.
Frontier Aminos may assign these Terms to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other entity in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business.
36. Severability and Reformation
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and modified only as necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
37. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Frontier Aminos.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Return and Replacement Policy, Partner Program Terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontier Aminos regarding the Services and purchases.
Website content, informal communications, social-media messages, customer-support responses, or oral statements do not modify these Terms unless included in a written amendment authorized by Frontier Aminos.
